Special Educational Needs (SEN) & Music Therapy |
||||
In their combined years of teaching, Ozi Ozaa's musicians have enjoyed some of their most rewarding workshops and performances working with both young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN). With such varying abilities both musically and physically, the challenge of running workshops is something we relish. Ozi Ozaa can provide training courses for teachers and carers who have some musical instruments but are unsure how to draw the most out of them and their young people. See our Teaching Aids & Training Courses page for more details.

The importance of music education and resources for music therapy are sometimes overlooked for students in special education and others with special needs. To see, hear and play musical instruments at school or in community programs is as important for each child in this generation as it has always been. Opportunities open up new avenues for individuals to show their talent and ability in performing as well as appreciation as an audience for other people's performances. Pamela Wilson - Bella Online |
